Ken Stibler is a Professional Speaker and CEO Group Chair for Vistage International where he currently leads Six Executive Peer groups. Ken is a catalyst for cultural change and is the President and Founder of Strategic Integration Services. He is the trusted advisor to 60+ CEO's and Business owners across a wide variety of business sectors.
Ken is a strategically oriented leader having previously served as CEO, COO and President of Public and Private companies. He has been recognized for his leadership in accelerating growth in organizations across multiple industries.
Mr. Stibler’s business and consulting career spans more than 30 years in roles that have included multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities.
Ken has a unique ability to understand a wide variety of company issues and the proven ability to lead change and drive profitable growth. This is evidenced by key financial measurements by companies he has served.
Ken has significant industry experience in the training, automotive, insurance, energy and telecommunications fields.
During his career, Ken has participated in 25+ M&A transactions valued at over $1.5 billion. He has been an officer and director for public, private and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Stibler began his career as a college basketball coach working at George Mason University and the College of Charleston. While in Charleston, his team won the 1982 NAIA National Championship.
