Price is never the real reason why the customer said no. I help companies raise their prices and their volumes simultaneously. The process begins with leadership, passes through management and the results happen with a value-based sales team.
More than 5,000 audiences all over the world, including 1,000 Vistage Groups, have invited me to speak and I have learned something new with every engagement. That includes the one last week. I discard 10% of my content every year in order to keep the information, processes and techniques current, if not cutting-edge.
